American Management Services - Leadership Large Scale

We supported The Axelrod Group who were the lead consultants on this project. AMS brought together 700 of their global leaders to have a dialogue with their customers and comment on their emerging strategy. We supported the development of the design, and co-facilitation of a breakout group of 70 people using the De Bono 6 hats to review elements of the strategy. We also provided live graphic capturing of the key points from the customers.

Anderson Consulting - LGI and meeting design and facilitation

This project was a partnership with Romy Shovelton. Anderson were setting up global communities of practice and wanted to use an LGI approach. We designed a co-facilitated a training session for them on large group meeting dynamics and design. We supported the development of a support package. We also supported the facilitation of large meetings in Dallas and New York to introduce the partners to the communities' concept.

Finnamore Consulting - Meeting Design and Facilitation

Finnamore heard about the work we were doing with the NHS Modernisation Agency on Large Groups/Whole Systems and Polarity Management. They asked us if we could work with them on their own development, particularly in the development of facilitation skills. We did some diagnostic work with the team and so far we have run one workshop on facilitation.
