The months leading to the opening of the Dome at Greenwich provided us with a unique opportunity to apply learning theory and large group technologies in an intense, exciting environment. We worked in partnership with Inside Outreach, the internal learning and development team and external practitioners, brought together specifically for the project, to tight deadlines to support the development and application of service principles and induction of the entire workforce.
