VISTA - On a bright June day an interesting collection of engineers, internal and external consultants, bankers, and health professionals arrived at the Marriott Hotel in Maidstone, England for a week of learning and project work. Four teams of various sizes came together - from Shell, NatWest Bank, Adtranz Signal/ABB ProCon and the National Health Service of the United Kingdom with a transatlantic consulting team to <i>'expand their capability to engage and convene their organisations in dramatic and sustainable change and transformation in service of our multiple and complex environments'</i>
