It is not easy to create a high performing team of leaders when they have demanding individual jobs and struggle to even make space to meet. The VISTA approach to leadership alignment uses some well proven tools like MBTI in combination with the work of Barry Oshry in understanding the system dynamics which are at play in the ‘space’ of top teams. Our diagnostic work assesses several domains of leadership to understand the levels of trust and support, their clarity of purpose, role clarity, engagement with the system, leadership development.
