Relevant experience includes:

Paul held a variety of line management posts in the West Midlands Employment Service during a 19 year career. From 1990 he was a member of a regional team of internal consultants, and specialised in the development of a Deming based transformation programme, supporting senior managers and staff in performance and personal transformation.

Since leaving the Employment Service and co-founding VISTA Consulting Team in 1995, Paul has worked with a wide range of clients in the public, private sectors and communities. From 2011, Paul is no an independant Associate.

Paul’s’ main area of expertise is large and small highly interactive events that engage and empower people as they develop and take responsibility for making a difference in their lives and livelihood. He works with a variety of large group engagement processes for organisational and personal change and development, strategy development, organisational redesign as well as process redesign and improvement.

He is equally at home with one to one coaching work, small or large group (from 3 to 2000 people) facilitation looking at complex, multi-stakeholder issues and effective team working.

As part of the international community developing the field of large-scale interventions, Paul has delivered professional skills and learning sessions in Europe, South Africa and America. He is co-author of "Meetings by Design" – how to design productive and effective meetings.
