Training and Development Programmes

VISTA is committed to building the skills of clients and others interested in large scale engagement, including such methodologies as Real Time Strategic Change, Future Search, the Conference Model, Polarity Management and much more... And we aim to bring something new and different to the UK.

We do this in two ways:

With a programme of public workshops presented by VISTA and our partners over a wide range of skill areas, where participants can learn from leading exponents alongside people from other organisations and communities.

By delivering internal training against the specific needs of organisations. We can do this by creating new and bespoke events, running established workshops 'in-house' or building a combination of activities to deliver a blend of complementary skills.
