Our start point for strategy implementation is a quick assessment of the work done to date in the organization. We then work with you to scope out the possibilities. We will introduce fresh and innovative options and help you get clarity about what you want to achieve and who needs to be involved. From the first discussion we will be helping you to widen the circle of people who are helping to make sure your strategy is implemented with speed and effectiveness.

Often the early stages will include leadership and team development to ensure alignment and focus. This might mean working with the top team. Often we find this is well progressed and the top team are clear about what they want. Then our contribution is in widening the leadership out so that more people are stepping up to leadership of the implementation work.
