Don Braisby Associates works in the field of organisational development and managing change, using graphic recording and graphic facilitation. Key ideas and concepts are captured in real time in both words and pictures on a large display that promotes "big picture thinking" and stimulates participation, creativity and focus. Wendy Pritchard Associates advise on leading transformation and managing change in large complex organisations in both the public and private sectors. This includes working with top management and boards on their leadership roles in and their strategies for engaging people in transforming their organisations. Much of this work includes designing "whole system" change over time, and working in partnership with clients and other consultants.

Inside Outreach aim is to share learning and best practice between organisations from the commercial, public and voluntary sectors. A key area of work is switching people and organisations on to 'learning' and developing appropriate strategies and approaches to create the shift from 'telling' to 'learning' and from 'selling' to 'serving'. Cheryl Young an independent consultant working with executive leadership in private and public sector organisations to help them create their own future, build and sustain system-wide change, and develop the capability within the organisation to be as good as they can be. Includes working with clients and their strategic partners (international joint ventures, suppliers) on strategies and approaches for building relationships, enhancing joint understanding in cross-cultural environments, and improving performance for the business. The emphasis is on a practical and do-able approach - helping managers see and evaluate what is actually happening in their environment, what needs to be done, and how to go about doing it.

Julian Simcox specialises in the facilitation of change at all levels of the organisation, from large groups through to teams and individuals, working to the principle that people actually like change, but dislike being changed. He works in an integrative way with theories such as the CRT Leadership Development Framework and The Harthill Exceptional Team Performance Framework built on many years experience of the successful application of business system improvement and process innovation methods.

The North East Change Centre is a public service subscription network, with membership drawn from across public services. It concentrates on developing a series of learning and development opportunities for its members and runs conferences, seminars, learning sets and mentoring schemes on leadership, partnership working, community and organisational development and whole systems working. Tony Jameson is the Director of necc and works locally and nationally on organisational and personal change agendas, particularly those issues which span organisations and systems.

Pinpoint Pinpoint supply a lot of the equipment we use. They have a fabulous hire service for portable boards and walls which we use for mind-mapping, graphics and general sorting of data (especially in venues that are full of pictures, dado rail and wall-lights). They do a great range of Neuland pens and they also do a super range of self-adhesive cards – rectangles, circles, rhombus and hexagons.
