Partners in the UKDon Braisby Associates works in the field of organisational development and managing change, using graphic recording and graphic facilitation. Key ideas and concepts are captured in real time in both words and pictures on a large display that promotes "big picture thinking" and stimulates participation, creativity and focus. It also provides a visual record that encourages teams to clarify differences and define goals. Wendy Pritchard Associates advise on leading transformation and managing change in large complex organisations in both the public and private sectors. This includes working with top management and boards on their leadership roles in and their strategies for engaging people in transforming their organisations. Much of this work includes designing "whole system" change over time, and working in partnership with clients and other consultants. Julian Simcox specialises in the facilitation of change at all levels of the organisation, from large groups through to teams and individuals, working to the principle that people actually like change, but dislike being changed. He works in an integrative way with theories such as the CRT Leadership Development Framework and The Harthill Exceptional Team Performance Framework built on many years experience of the successful application of business system improvement and process innovation methods. The North East Change Centre is a public service subscription network, with membership drawn from across public services. We are members of PWST and bring large scale expertise to the group, other members bring complementing skills and expertise which include pay and benefits systems, creativity, graphics, coaching, process redesign, visual arts in business and action learning. Pinpoint Pinpoint supply a lot of the equipment we use. They have a fabulous hire service for portable boards and walls which we use for mind-mapping, graphics and general sorting of data (especially in venues that are full of pictures, dado rail and wall-lights). They do a great range of Neuland pens and they also do a super range of self-adhesive cards – rectangles, circles, rhombus and hexagons. |
