Marvin Weisbord and Sandra Janoff are the creators of Future Search, an innovative planning conference used world-wide by hundreds of communities and organizations. It enables people to create shared visions and implement co-operative action plans across boundaries. They co-authored the book Future Search: An action guide to finding common ground in organisations and communities Consulting Futures engage with business partners to develop and implement solutions to their unique business challenges. They are committed to increasing the internal capability of leaders and other staff. Barry Oshry for over thirty years Barry Oshry has been on a single-minded quest to unlock the mysteries of power and powerlessness in social system life. In 1970 he created the Power & Leadership Conference (Power Lab) and since the mid-1970s he has developed and conducted organizational simulations with Tops, Middles, Bottoms and Customers that have been used to create "system sight" for organizations and institutions throughout the world. Barry is the author of Seeing Systems and Leading Systems, among others. Barry Johnson helps organisations identify and manage issues where there are not apparent right answers, for example : do we want quality or quantity, focus on the team or the whole organisation, expansive leadership or focussed leadership? Barry has identified these as Polarities and has developed a simple, yet highly effective, suit of tools to help organisations with this process.
