Paul Cox

If Paul had a catch phrase, it would be "it's just data". To Paul all information is data, no matter which form it takes. Practical and pragmatic, he pays attention to purpose and the detail that events/meetings require, is great at analysis, process improvement, coaching and feedback.

The quieter one in the team - but that only hides his natural talent for making events work.

Paul worked for nearly 20 years in the public sector and has experience at the sharp end of delivery. He is a great listener and finds it easy to empathise with people he works with and their experience of working in organisations. He loves the challenge of large events and seeing people empower themselves as they develop and take responsibility for the future they are creating. He is happiest when working with Design Teams, designing interventions with them and facilitating large or small groups.

His background included working closely with regional and area management, local offices and staff in developing and implementing quality improvement and transformation strategies. He trained in consultancy and facilitation skills, SPC (working closely with the external consultants to develop training programmes for managers), PDSA process improvement and redesign, management tools for planning, design and delivery of training material, personal change, leadership development, design and delivery of large scale participative interventions, graphic facilitation.

His passion for this work is probably only surpassed by his love of music and sport, especially live music, football and cricket. If you need a compilation to play at an event, he will quickly volunteer to put one together from his huge collection of cds, vinyl and cassettes which crosses all genres from rock and pop to classical, folk, dance, hip-hop, house - you name it, he will have something to suit the occasion!
